1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Play2Watch (“the Platform”, “we”) and the account holder (“the Agency”, “you”). Separate terms below apply to members of the public who play a game (“Players”).

2. Accounts

Agency accounts are created by us. There is no public registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Content, consent and age verification

This section is the most important one in this document.

• You warrant that every individual appearing in content you upload is at least 18 years old at the time of production, and that you hold verified proof of age.
• You warrant that you hold a signed release from every individual appearing in content you upload, covering use on this Platform.
• You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to upload and license the content, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You must maintain records evidencing the above and produce them to us on request. You are responsible for compliance with record-keeping law applicable to you, including 18 U.S.C. §2257 where it applies.
• You must not upload content produced without the full, informed and ongoing consent of everyone in it.

You confirm these points in the back office before uploading. That confirmation is a contractual warranty, not a formality.

4. Prohibited content

You must not upload content that:

• Depicts or appears to depict anyone under 18, in any context
• Was produced or is distributed without consent
• Depicts non-consensual acts, coercion or trafficking
• Depicts real violence, serious harm or animals
• Infringes copyright, trademark or personality rights
• Is unlawful where it is produced or where it will be viewed

We may remove content and suspend accounts immediately and without notice where we believe this section has been breached. Where we believe a criminal offence involving a minor has occurred, we will report it.

5. Ownership

You keep ownership of your content. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store, process, transcode and deliver it for the sole purpose of operating the Platform for you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account closes, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.

We claim no ownership of your audience or your customer relationships.

6. Coins, content and revenue

Nothing in this game is won by chance. Content is released by playing, not by getting lucky, and the mechanic is built that way on purpose:

• Every spin advances the strip meter by exactly the same amount for the same stake — one point per 100 coins wagered, on every spin, without exception. Two players who wager the same amount reach the same stage.
• The reels decide how big the coin wins are and how long a balance lasts. They never decide how far the meter moves, which stage opens, or when.
• A higher bet buys speed, not advantage. Opening all nine stages consumes the same amount at every bet level; the bet only changes how long it takes.
• Free spins award coins only. They add no progress on their own, because they stake nothing.
• There are no prizes. Coins are a virtual entertainment credit with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn or converted into money or anything else of value, and they never leave the game.

The result is a slot machine as entertainment wrapped around a progress bar that fills at a rate the player chooses. It is not a wager on an uncertain outcome, and it must not be described or promoted as gambling, betting, or a chance to win anything.

• Revenue share is agreed in writing with each Agency before their account is created.
• Where a sale is made on a third-party platform via a coin code, that platform takes its own fee first and pays you directly. Our share of such sales is invoiced to you.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any obligations owed to your Creators.

7. Third-party platforms

If you promote your links or sell coin codes on another platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform's rules, including any rule requiring permission before promoting an outside service. We are not a party to your relationship with them and cannot protect your account there.

8. Terms for Players

• You must be 18 or over to access Creator content.
• Coins are bought as a digital entertainment credit, have no monetary value, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• Buying coins does not guarantee any particular game outcome.
• Unlocked content is for your personal viewing. Recording, copying, redistributing or republishing it is prohibited and may infringe the rights of the Creator.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or automate the game.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects Agencies, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to delete your content. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and immediately where section 3 or 4 is involved. On termination we will delete your content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees we received from you in that period.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of section 3 or 4.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to Agencies by email before taking effect.
