How it works

The mechanic, in plain terms.

A Creator has nine videos. A fan starts on the first one and plays a game to reach the rest. Every spin feeds a meter. When the meter fills, the next video unlocks, takes over the whole screen, and stays unlocked forever.

A clip gets watched once. A game gets replayed. That is the entire idea.

What a fan experiences

  1. They open a link an Agency shared. No download, no account, no app store.
  2. They confirm they are over 18.
  3. The first video plays. Below it is the game.
  4. Every spin earns progress. Rarer results earn much more.
  5. The meter fills, the next video takes the screen, and it is theirs to rewatch as often as they like.
  6. Nine stages later they have the full set, and a reason to have kept coming back.

Where the money comes in

Playing costs coins. Fans get some to start, and buy more when they run out. They can buy them from us directly, or you can sell coin codes wherever you already sell — the fan pays you and redeems the code in the game.

Coins never convert back into money and there are no prizes. This is entertainment, not gambling, and it is built that way deliberately.

Is the game fair?

Yes, and we can show our working. The game returns 94.1% of what is spent back to players, verified by simulating 250,000 spins at every bet level. Every result is decided on our server, never in the browser, so it cannot be tampered with from a fan's device.

Betting more moves the meter faster but never changes the odds. That is a deliberate line: paying more buys speed, never a better chance.

What a Creator needs to supply

Nine vertical videos, filmed in one session without moving the camera. That last part matters more than anything technical: the nine clips should feel like one continuous moment, because that is what makes the unlock feel like progress rather than nine unrelated files.

We handle everything after that. Each clip is cropped, trimmed, turned into a seamless loop, compressed and checked automatically for the three problems that ruin this format: no movement, too dark, and a visible loop join.

The three roles

RoleWhoWhat they do
Platform AdminUsRun the platform, create Agency accounts, set the revenue share. We never contact your creators or your fans.
AgencyYouSign in, create Creators, upload their videos, set branding, share links, take the revenue.
CreatorYour talentA public profile you manage. Supplies the videos and, if she wants, her voice for the game.

What it costs you

Nothing up front. We take a share of coin revenue from your creators, agreed before you start. If nobody plays, you pay nothing.
